The popular historic towns of Llandeilo and Carmarthen are close by, both brimming with boutique-style shops, fine art galleries, welsh jewellery, antiques, gifts and delightful places to eat.
The area enjoys a rich history with numerous castles and historic sites nearby. These include National Trust’s Dinefwr Park with its castle, deer park and famous White Park Cattle and the majestic Carreg Cennen castle. The National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney, one of Wales’ finest gardens, are within a short drive away.
The Gower, Pembrokeshire and Cardiganshire coasts are all a comfortable one hour drive.

Should guests prefer to dine in then a two or three course meal is available by prior arrangement. Guests can bring their own wine.
Alternatively, takeouts are available from local restaurants and these can be taken in the garden, on the verandah or in our warm kitchen overlooking the view. A table is appropriately set and all crockery, cutlery, etc., supplied with no washing up.
